Champion ability bug?

I've noticed that whenever you look at a champion's preview in the client, either by clicking on their icon in champ select, the champion folder in the profile section, or in the champion folder of the shop, and you mouse over the champ's ability icons, the ability description doesn't pop up. Just wondering if this was a bug or if it was intentional.
