My IP Still is messed up

So this is the second time posting about this. My IP is still off by 737, and I don't understand why RIOT can't fix this, and as I said in my previous report, it's not just me but some of my friends as well. PLEASE FIX THIS RIOT, It is so annoying and frustrating having to calculate my true IP every time and that it still has yet to be fixed.
