[CRASH] GAME CRASH, DOESN'T RECONNECT OR GET'S OUT OF THE RECONNECT SCREEN

Was playing ranked and out of the sudden "attempting to reconnect" As I couldn't move I saw 3 other of my team in base as well. Tried to leave to reconnect. But instead I got stuck in the "Pls click here to reconnect" thingy, If I click it fails to reconnect and I tried to restart LoL and it doesn't get out of that. What's happening? Is it the server? Or have I been Drop hacked?
