Bug? in a middle of a game

I don´t know if im the only one who suffered this damn bug but in a middle of a game (3 games) my keyboard setting just colaped. i couldn't cast abilities or spells and the only solution for this is not restarting lol, if that what you did, is to restart pc/laptop/smartphone. Meanwhile your team are talking about reporting you and riot punish your account for been afk. Is there any solution fot this?

I also had this problem multiple times. So the game is pretty much unplayable for me until patch.
