Blind does not work on Draven [GAMEPLAY]

When playing as Teemo you can not blind Draven. There is nothing in the Spinning Axe ability that should make it possible to continue to hit while blind. The entire purpose of his Q is to give bonus damage on the hit, though no hit should be possible when he can't see the target. This can easily be verified as it happens every time. I know everyone hates Teemo, but can we make the game at least make sense?
