Client Stuck in Initial Loading Screen(Pic Included)

I have exhausted all attempts I can think of to fix this issue and I don't know what to do now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, made sure my firewall isn't blocking anything, restarted my computer, and disconnected and reconnected to my internet

Edit: Also tried overwriting the files by reinstalling with the installer program and that didn't help either
