Does Riot hate EUNE???

Why are the EUNE servers so bad. crashing every other day and stuff.We just got fucked over in clash because 2 of our members couldn't join and they got random champions and couldn't join till the 12th minute. So anyways "This was unfortunate for the servers to bug like that" but why is it only in EUNE?? Playing in the EUNE server just makes me lose interest in the game since we waited so long for this clash and got fucked over...

I couldnt lock my champion and it forced me to dodge >.> like WTF , the button was grey and i couldnt press it .... i was so mad

It's not only in the EUNE, I haven't been able to connect to a game since the patch started, and I am in NA.
