Enemy Turrets Reveal Enemy Stealthed Champions?? (Bug Report)

I wish there was an easier way to report suspected bugs and etc... I feel there's a probability some users posts will go unnoticed for months even.

That aside; I'd like to report a suspected bug on Summoner's Rift.

I've encountered this twice now.

The first time I was under my tower as Akali, being ganked.

To my surprise, a Jayce is able to use his hammer down skill to pick up a kill on me after I stealthed. Yes, I am certain I did not auto-attack the Jayce during this time. There were no vision wards, or anything nearby that would have revealed me.

I asked the Jayce how he found vision of me. He replied "I honestly have no clue."

Ignoring that instance, I kept playing league as usual. Then this occured again. Not for myself as Akali, but an enemy Wukong in the last match I played. Every time this wukong hit his W under his own tower, Icould clearly see both the Decoy and the actual Wukong, as if I had placed a pink ward (There were none) I did not have true-sight active either.

So is there a reason this occurs? Has this just become part of the game/always has been part of the game or...? Last I recall Allied Turrets are only supposed to reveal Enemy Champions. Not allied Champions.

Note: This occured in the most recent patch (6.17?) (Ahri Login) within Ranked matches.
