LEAGUE IS REALLY PISSING ME OFF (CRASH WITH NO BUGSPLAT)

So after i sent in two bug reports and 7 patches have rolled through, my game still seems to randomly freeze for no reason at all, and its only league that does this. It freeze frames and makes alt tabbing impossible and even if I do manage to tab out, other programs are uncontrollable. The only way to fix it is by ctrl alt delete and signing out of my windows and logging in then opening the game usually making me lose a lot of farm and sometimes dying in lane because the freeze is completely unpredictable. I sometimes go 4 or 5 games without the crash and then when i decide to play ranked it just crashes. The freeze is COMPLETELY unpredictable but it seems to happen early game often and rarely late game, and although i win some games its really annoying and sometimes leads me to losing lane and making the comeback way harder than it should be.

Ive tried : reinstalling my graphics card, uninstalling my graphics cards, running a million malware and virus scans, updating windows, compatibility mode, administrator mode, running it on low graphics, with and without vsync, playing without discord, uninstalled a million programs, disabled game-bar, sent bug reports to riot, closing google, closing my music, closing the nvidia control panel, i even stopped messing with my audio because after the crash my audio settings reset. I also tried running the repair tool, reinstalled 3 times, used a different account, disabled all of windows default background apps and settings, disabled anything xbox related....

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING.

NOTHING WORKS.

THIS IS MY LAST RESORT AND I'VE SEEN OTHERS WITH THIS PROBLEM AND THEIR FORUMS ARE JUST EMPTY AND HAVE OTHER PEOPLE AGREEING WITH THEM.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE.
