[Gameplay/Audio] Star Guardian skins' music not playing at the start of the game since 8.20

The star guardian music that plays at the beginning of the game is no longer playing. Not sure if this is on purpose, but the new music is the only thing I hear and there is no option to hear the star guardian music.
