All Random URF Zilean Stun

Was playing Zilean in All Random URF and landing 2 bombs on a champ would result in a stun lasting about a .1 seconds. Do not know if this is intended or not, but seemed like a bug. Also, this only applied to champs. Monsters and creeps would get hit by the regular stun.

that might be intentional so nobody gets caught in permanent aoe cc. though they should also fix alistar and nautilus if they really cared about balance.

In the last URF they lowered a lot CC duration's to prevent perma stun on certain champions.
