Nidalee Spear

There seems to be a bug in league client 6.21.16_10_13_21_40 on windows 10. I'm unable to use the Q button to aim Nid's spear... however, if I click the Q ability with my mouse I'm then able to aim it... the same goes for Kassadin and his Q.
