Hextech gems BUG

Did someone like me that opening 10 hextech chests and said you got 1 gem at one page and another gem or 2 gems at the latter page, but the total add to your account only is 1 gem? I ran into this BUG for 3 times and I think I have lost 3-4 gems and I write the BUG report to them and no one reply me:(

please watch my account! at the end of the game my allies get a S rating, but I don't get the chest?????
