Visual bug (not recreatable?) [GAMEPLAY]

Playing shaco in a ranked match and every time someone placed a ward near me (myself included) or anyone used a summoner spell the top left of my screen would start to freak out. Was only with wards an summoner spells as far as I could tell. Thought I'd bring it up even though idk how to recreate it. At first I thought it was something to do with my pc, but it only happened at very specific times throughout the game so I think its a gameplay bug. Have other clips of it happening just didn't upload them anywhere.
