[Gameplay] Xayah W Hurricane bug

Xayahs W bonus damage only deals 40% of it's full damage to the main target sometimes when hitting 3 people with hurricane tested without masteries and only armor and AS runes and 100% crit so the random crits wouldnt affect it. it seems that feathers are the general culprit.

This can be reconstructed with both skins on EUNE simply buy hurricane and have it hit 3 total targets one main and two bolt targets while having feathers active. You can get the full primary damage by hitting one or two targets only, or having no feathers to throw.
