Loading Screen Crash (Client)

This bug started occurring today when I had a massive ping spike. During my first game of Legend of the Poro King I started having a ping of 1200+. I closed the client and checked my internet, and switched from the 2.4 connection to the 5.0 connection. When I tried reconnecting I was told that the game couldn't connect. I closed the client and relaunched it, but the game crashed as it launched and instead I got two different Bugsplat reports. I Force Quit the game and relaunched it again. This is when the client stopped working. I'd log in, be told the game crashed, and I'd try to reconnect. The game would take me to the black screen, and then when I would exit the black screen the Champion Select music would play in the client and I'd still be unable to reconnect. I tried waiting for five minutes, I tried relaunching the client multiple times, I tried switching back to the 2.4 connection, I tried turning my computer off and on again, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling League, but I have had this bug happen to all three games I've tried playing. It's extremely obnoxious and I have no clue what's wrong or what I could do to fix it. I've never had this problem before either, since my computer will sometimes switch to the 2.4 connection and I've always been able to switch frequencies mid-game without anything like this happening.

I just tried doing this in a custom game, and now I'm getting the same message even after I exit the custom game and I close the client. So now I guess I have to wait for a couple of hours as the minions push before I can do any more testing because my only option is to try and reconnect to the custom game.
