unable to use my left click in game

i found that i cant u use my left click (MB1) in game.. like clicking on minmap.. on champion .. i have tried to repair or even completely reinstall the game ..these doesnt help after that, I tried to set MB1 in inpu.txt . but the problem is still here. Is there any solution for the situaion?
