Hextech Crafting Glitch

So I've been waiting to get enough Orange Essence to unlock Matador Alistar, and I finally have enough now. Yet, whenever I go into the hextech crafting area. The tab to let me unlock the skin is grayed out, I can't get him for some reason and it's a skin I really want. Yes, I do own Alistar.
