Client Crash -> Promotion Series Lost

I can't believe that they haven't fixed this yet! I have lost my promos 3 times already BECAUSE of my client crashing in champion select! The first time was Bronze 1 to Silver 5, then Silver 5 to Silver 4, and JUST NOW ( which is why I've created this discussion) from Silver 4 to Silver 3! And it doesn't even say it was an error or, I get a win or something, it crashes and I lose FULL LP...?? It's been doing this for over a month! >:( And while we are at it, everytime my friends and i enter Hextech Crafting after a game, the launcher crashes aswell! It's highly irritating and it's making me want to deinstall league of legends. I am dissapointed in Riot as how little we are informed in what they are doing with our money and how they are working on improving league of legends for the players, NOT for esports.
