Bugs resulting in Low Priority queue!

I have experienced issue with recent patches! After champion selection my game never loads. I just get a blank black screen! when i close out and log back in to try to reconnect i still get the same black screen. Then as a result it thought I was AFK and I have been placed in low priority queues twice now 20 mins for 5 games each time. This is absolutely ridiculous! Any help would be appreciated. P.S. Its not my computer or my internet!
