I cannot complete my daily 10 year anniversary mission and emotes simply dissapear

I cannot complete my 10 year old anniversary mission with 2 gemstones because it somehow dissapeared from my missions after playing one game and didn't give me the reward either and emotes that I get from chests simply dissapear because I don't see them in my emote collection. Please fix this.
