Enemy champions can proc Braum passive when it is applied to the Rift Skuttler. (And other neutral minions I assume)

Steps:

Create game with a Braum on one team, and any champion on the opposing team.
Apply 1 stack of Braum passive to Rift Skuttler
have the enemy champion AA the Rift Skuttler, and see that it will proc Braum passive.

This is probably intentional and not worth fixing.

There's also the use-case of blind-pick with a Braum on each team: What happens if both Braums attack the scuttler? Under the current system it makes sense. Any attempt to change it would not.
