Game Freezes at 100% in loading screen & Friends list doesn't show icon
Got an afk ban for the first bug not really relevant but I am still annoyed by it

The exact same thing is happening to me after this patch it's amazing I got a leaver mark and lost 17 LP due to this. Plus once I get the fortune to load a game it freezes completely at 0 FPS for a couple seconds every 1 or 2 minutes
I got that earlier too when I was playing a game of aram after the patch, came back and we won but I still had to type in the condescening "I Agree" shit because of it. And I was getting huge spikes of dropped frames too, I don't think it was my internet. Really wish they'd stop making the game worse in every way.
