Champion Select Frozen in ranked...

This is so bs, I have had 2 30 minute ban times from this stupid glitch IN A ROW. During champion select in ranked, the selection freezes while someone is picking a champion (the timer is 0 seconds for the person picking) when in reality the selection is still going as normal and I am just lagging behind. It is not my internet (I get consistent 20ms in games). When it finally gets to my turn to pick, I have apparently dodged when i couldnt even do anything because the selection was frozen.

I am tired of this BS, the launcher we have now is absolute trash. The new launcher needs to come out asap, because these glitches should not be happening.

Does anyone have a solution to this?
