Cosmic Blade yi missing in store

What I have been wondering ever since Rakan and Xayah came out, the four skins were supposed to be released and only 3 out of the 4 have been released so far and they are Cosmic Rakan and Xayah and Conqueror Karma. When it was realeased I was wondering where is the fucking skin? Any idea what the fuck happened to the skin that was most anticipated for master yi the pog champ?

Skins are generally released on Tuesdays and Thursdays following the patch. They do not release all content right away and may wait till near the end of a patch to release some of the content.
