Crash with VI

when playing vi, once i hit lv 4 the game kicks me out and im no longer able to reconnect. only way to fix it is by resetting my internet modem and reconnecting, but the minute i do that and use my Q on minions, camps, or players, it kicks me out again and have to reset my modem again. its done it 3 times and iv been placed in a special que for "leaving" the games. problems i thought it could be: Windows 10: uninstalled it and back to Windows 8.1. problem still exists. Internet: iv reset it, tried other games and it doesnt kick me or disconnect me. problem still exists.

could there be a bug on the games part or is it me?

Note: i have not yet tried other champions to see if Q works on minions. so far its just with Vi.
