Runes reset, skins reset to default, ghost and heal default when i join champ pick

Hi, I have little problem

After this last patch I got bug that whenever i log in client, it thinks i just started new season....it introduces me to everything new in 2019 start of season...wouldn't be much drama if my runes wouldn't reset every time (so all my own were deleted), my summoner spells set to ghost and heal, skin to default...it really annoys me and it started happening right after this last patch....any ideas? should i try to fix it somehow or is that gonna be fixed in next patch?

RIOT can we please get a frikken fix for this ?!?! Its been over a week and this post as nearly a thousand views so its affecting obviously a lot of people ! CAn we at least get an update ??????

Had this happen 3 times now. On top of resetting all my skins/spells/runes, it also changes some of my settings like the auto-join voice chat and the language filter.

I've had the same issue in the last week, i really don't understand.. Runes are saved server side and i don't have any internet issues, i never lag in game, yet it seems as if runes are not having problems of loading but as if whole client is reset, as if you made a new account.

I don't think reinstall could fix it as it seems server side.

this is obviously server side, suddenly the same week just everyone everywhere in the world got the same bug? Come on don't bs me with some reinstallation.

I sent a ticket on what to do and the player support guy told me to reinstall but he told me to do it by downloading a bunch of third party software to completely remove all traces of the game ever being on my computer and then installing it again, he told me all of this despite it obviously being the servers fault.

On top of all of that he also said no such thing as reverting the settings to what they were on X date is possible.

Edit: i cleaned it up a bit and added some spaces for easier reading.
