Can't Put in Prepaid code

It's a very simple bug. I tried to put in my prepaid code(don't ask me about correctness because I've memorized it by now),but a statement keeps appearing saying "An Error Has Occurred". Sometimes it will say it's an invalid HTTP response, sometimes it will only state the previous. The same thing happened when I put in and random ten numbers.
