Jhin W snare passive

I believe at times jhins passive would show up on an enemy and it would just be on them throughout the whole game. When you try to w the enemy, it doesnt snare.

its sadly a common bug that cassioplayer have too enemy seems to be poisoned but they are not

I've come across this as well. It actually seems to happen fairly often too. In about 1/3 of the Jhin games I play, one of the enemy champs ends up getting this bug. For the rest of the game, the indicator graphic that signals Jhin's W will snare is permanently on them even if they haven't taken damage from any source in a long time.
