Kassadin May be bugged?

So the bugs I refer to in this video are as stated 1. Kassadins W taking two procs of the thunderlord's required procs to activate. 2. If you add a luden's to the mix kassadins w can insta proc Thunderlords. 3. If kassadin has leveled his W and gained a passive magic damage buff it can work on towers however if he activates his W the bonus dmg doesn't go through and it removes the passive which means for resetting your auto or just trying to use lichbane you lose tower pushing speed. Also sorry for the terrible quality of the video the editor I used crashes alot and isn't very good (TY ROXIO ;/).
