the dobble ip event is already start and i buy another ip boots it didnt truns for X4 ip is a bug? why my dobble ip boots not working ? i spend my rp for nothing?

It stacks additively, not multiplicatively. You get 100% IP for winning, +100% IP for "double IP weekend", +100% IP for the boost. If you aren't getting triple IP per win, I'd say that's a bug.
But hey, triple IP in the same amount of time is still pretty good!
