Champ Select Bug (Draft Pick/Ranked Queue) [CLIENT]

So my sister and I were in a queue together in ranked and i was last pick. It was about to be my turn to choose a champ but all of a sudden, the timer resets for the opposite team as though it skipped me and i couldn't select my champion. This resulted in me not picking a champ, and its as though i dodged the queue. I then attempted to rejoin a queue session with my sister but every time I wanted to accept it, it says the invitation was expired. So i restarted my client and here I am, in a 5 minute queue wait, posting about this bug. I lost LP and i got a 5 minute queue wait. I'm pretty irritated right now. If anyone else is having this issue, please let me know.
