Stopping at 29 seconds

Recently when I queue up for any game on summoners rift my stupid client always freezes at 2 different times and each time it's one or the other. After the ban phase and picking starts, instantly my client freezes at 29 seconds and doesn't unfreeze until a minute later giving me a stupid wait time which I had no control over. And the other one happens also at 29 seconds after everyone has their champ locked in and it's just the last 30 seconds to get ready. This one randomly happens too and it has made me not have the right runes or masteries multiple times for my game but at least I got to PLAY the game. new client -_-
