League client shrinks after game

After each game, when i come out, the client becomes a very tiny rectangle. https://imgur.com/tVtFAJf i cant honor any1 or continue to lobby, until i use the command (ctrl & up arrow key), and it becomes the following https://imgur.com/qhJdem1 Since im a cs student, i tried to trouble shoot this is the 2 things ive found:

• the client actually shrinks (as to in image1) right when the games starts. Thus im suggesting the bug is created during game start.
• after i use the command (ctrl & up arrow key), the actual border size is not correct, which i also believe happens during game start. And if play another game, the extra border becomes even bigger after the 2nd game.

I dont think this is a hard fix, but probably have to do with a specific system (but i use windows 10)
