When i move my mouse i get some really bad fps drop

So, when i just click once and go in a straight line i get like 80 fps but when i click fast in a circle i get arround 10 fps and i normally have 110 fps. -when i reboot my pc during a game when i have this and comeback it doesnt hapen again during this one
