Whispering in-game makes the game freeze for one second.

This happens when I play in game.

1. Whisper a friend using "/w username message" / or reply back using "/r message"
2. The game freeze for about one second.

It happens everytime I whisper a friend. I can't remember when it first started. I tried to repair LoL but it didn't help.

• GTX 560 ti
• SanDisk SSD Ultra Plus
• 4Gb of RAM
