Bug in clash

So me and my friends yesterday played clash.We lost the first match but proceeded to the second match.After scouting phase we were in queue for like 7min.And then it started to kick us out of clash one after the other.When we pressed(after the kick) on clash it was just all black and we had to wait for like 5min just to open clash tab(I have master race pc so this is new to me) and when it did it showed that we lost with reason BYE. Does anyone know what should I do because I was the creator of that clash team..And I submitted a ticket but no response from riot.
