Ornn Special Item Glitch.

It is pretty simple. I loaded into a game as Ornn and no one on the team can purchase a Masterwork Ornn Item. Please fix this bug.

read the tooltip. changed to level 13 they can buy masterworks.

Its pretty simple, Riot releases patch notes and if you read them you'd know you can't buy his items until Ornn is level 13 now.

They made it so that Ornn has to be level 13 for people to buy the master piece items. Did you read the patch notes?
