Flash not working on Alistar?

I was playing Alistar and was also using hexflash as well. After a certain point in time, the icon went dark (as it is when you haven't leveled a skill yet or when a skill is on cool-down) and I was unable to cast the flash spell for a long period of the game.

I just got the same issue, i don't know the fix but you aren't alone out there :D
