ingame bug about evelynn

I pick Evelynn load up everything is fine in the beginning of the game on the bot side nexus team my passive procs right out the gate I ward blue and just wait till it's low and smite it and walk off for my own buffs but whenever I start out top red side nexus my passive doesn't proc at all I was walking into a bush to contest their red and a vayne was waiting there a red exclamation point pops up (by now I would be invisible on blue side for at least a whole minute and a half) until I was seen by vayne so she shoots me and I walk off after I wait my passive does not proc and she just face checks and shoots me again so I go base and the passive only procs after I take blue buff so my point is if I start bot side nexus it works fine if I am top side nexus it doesn't proc until after I get my buff no matter if I'm seen by an enemy/aa/ability/passive it just does not work all together on top side nexus between 0;01-2;15 If anyone can help me out thanks in advanced
