[GAMEPLAY] Lulu's whimsy interactions with Garen

I was playing a dominion as Lulu against a Garen and if you use whimsy on him while he is spinning (E) it doesn't cancel it and he continues doing damage. As well as his Q, he was about to start the animation and I used whimsy on him. The damage from his Q still went off even though he is under effects of whimsy
