I am getting low priority queue

When i try to play a game on SNOW DAY ARURF i get a different champions not all the time is the same and i just can't connect to the game kick me like the whole game I am trying to get back, but it doesn't work and in the end of this game I get low priority queue i don't think this is fair please fix this!!!
