The new uprise is hiding a non balance

Basically , thinking of what is the purpose of updating champs .............................. caring for them to be balanced while they just get even more buffed to crash poor tanks but this is a bug report so we back to the bug issue I think ( again ) u forgot to change abilities for champions in Client ................. basically only cool new picture and overview to make us excited and jump right over to you tube channel to watch spotlight and maybe take a look at all those shinny skins that end with the Video u sure know how this** work best** [slayer-jinx-catface]
