I didn't get LP and IP from my winning ranked game!

I won a ranked game at the afternoon of March 23, the result page did not pop up after the game finished. I restart the client and it says the whole server is closed because of bugs. AND I DID NOT GET LP AND IP AFTER THE BUG IS FIXED!
