Game not starting, bad patch

Hi Riot .. Well long story short. I started my computer, double clicked LoL (pinned to taskbar), Downloaded the " 11.8mb " file (the 1st time I logged since last night say 7 pm) ... So after the download, I had to double click my icon again, it's not starting. Restarted pc, shut off, started again... Nothing!

"RiotClientServers" + "LeagueOfLegends" starts to run on taskmanager but for like 7 seconds! My friends does the same! HELP! I wanna play! Need pc specs?? Mecer w860cu, 4gb ram ddr3 , 1gb display, i5 PLEASE !! :'(
