Sion Cutlass Bug [GAMEPLAY]

During the most recent aram game I was playing, my friend and I noticed that every time Sion ulted, he would approach with his ult, disappear, and then ulted again. It perplexed us and looking back at the highlight I noticed that this occurred because he had spectral cutlass. Not sure if it should work that way where he has a second chance at his ult.
