Brand ult

I've played brand in 3 games today and in all 3 games I've noticed that when I use his ult, (with minions/other champs around the targeted enemy), it does not bounce. It hits the main target and dissipates with no further damage/bounces. I may be crazy but had anyone else had this issue recently? It's only started this today as I played brand yesterday in a game and it bounced with no issue. < ---- ( 5 bounces please and thank you Riot :) )
