FPS drops and game freezes for 2 minutes

Hey , whenever i get into a game , in the loading screen , i get stuck at 40% than 60 and then 80. When i get into the game , it freezes for 2 minutes. Idk if this my computer or the game but i litterally can't play cuz after the game unfreezes , i get like 40 fps. I usually cap my fps at 80 and then i get 40 fps. Please help... thanks.
