Champ Select Glitch

Hi,

I am in a ranked game, and my team and I got all the way through champ select, until the last second. When that last second ticked, and it should have went to the loading screen, it froze. I am trying to wait it out to see if anything will happen, because I am in my promos, and I do not want to lose 1 of my promos just because of some stupid glitch. I don't want to dodge, because I will get penalized, and I will lose 1 promo. I would very much appreciate it if there is anything riot could do to make it to where this game did not count against my promos.
