Incredibly Blinding Graves Bug
[GAMEPLAY] Graves at a certain point, whenever attacking, has his shots turn into blinding blue light.
While playing a game on patch 5.22, with Graves, while attacking in our ally jungle, this visual bug would appear every shot and be incredibly distracting, even blinding the eyes/temporarily freezing the game for a second.
Steps (not confirmed 100% reproduced):
- Play Graves (in this case, Pool Party).
- Build items (order potentially unimportant).
- Essence Reaver
, Berserker Greaves 
, Rapid Firecannon 
, Infinity Edge 
, Distortion Enchantment 
, Lord Dominik's Regards 
- This bug occurred only after completing Dominik's, and it was exclusive to jungle camps on PURPLE (Ally) side. Monsters in the river and in enemy jungle camps were not activating the bug whatsoever, yet every auto-attack in our jungle would cause this effect to occur.

My eyes are hurting a small amount after this bug, especially after taking a screenshot as the extended exposure was very irritating. I would love to test again for the bug, but I'm not willing to expose my eyes to the flare another time because of any potential long-term damage I might incur.
